Brand activations and product launches in Downtown Las Vegas
Most activation venues are a hall you fill. East Fremont District is a working entertainment district: a city block of bars, clubs and restaurants with thousands of people on the street on a normal weekend. Wrap the buildings, close the street, program the rooms, and your brand becomes the neighborhood for a night or a week.

Three ways in
A single venue: one room, your creative, your guest list, from an 80-seat restaurant to a 1,000-person club. An expanded activation: several venues plus the street between them, with signage, screens and a stage. A full district takeover: the street closed, every building wrapped, all 13 venues programmed, one production schedule. The activation packages page lays out what each tier includes.
Branding runs deeper than banners. Digital displays, street-level wraps, custom-built environments inside the venues and on the street are described on the branding page, and the production team that runs sound, lighting and staging across every venue is on the production page.
A crowd you do not have to buy
Fremont East is where downtown Las Vegas goes out. That matters for sampling, for content and for the numbers in the recap: a takeover reaches the people who came for your event and the people who came for a Friday night. Feed the Block, the district's own free event series, drew 32,000 people across three headline nights in 2025, with single nights between 9,700 and 15,000, and 8 million social impressions.
Convention-week activations
CES, SEMA, NAB and the rest bring the brands to town; the district is 15 minutes from the Convention Center. TransUnion used it for a three-day CES 2026 program with district-wide wraps, 2,500 guests and 4.1 million impressions. If your activation is tied to a show, the convention after-parties page covers the calendar and the logistics.

Questions people ask
- Can we close the street for a brand activation?
- Yes. A full district takeover closes East Fremont Street between the venues, with permits, security and access control handled by the operator. Expanded activations can use a partial closure.
- Can we wrap the buildings?
- Yes. District-wide building wraps, street-level wraps, digital displays and custom environments are available; the branding page lists the surfaces.
- How many people does a takeover reach?
- A closed street holds 15,000 or more. Feed the Block nights have drawn 9,700 to 15,000 each, before counting the people who walk through the district on a normal weekend.
- Do you provide the production?
- Yes. One production team runs sound, lighting, staging and AV across all 13 venues and the street, so the activation has one schedule and one crew.
