Every one of the 13 venues on the Block can be bought out for a private night, and so can the Block itself. A 20-seat speakeasy, a 300-person rooftop bar, a 500-person techno club, a 1,000-person two-level nightclub, or all of them with the street closed in between. From one room to the whole block
A single buyout is the simplest booking on the district: your date, your guest list, your bar package, your production. A run of venues links rooms along the street for a group that wants a dinner, a bar and a club without moving the party off the block. - It depends on the room, the night and the bar package. Send the date and headcount through the inquiry form and you get venue options and pricing within 24 hours.
- Can we buy out more than one venue?
- Yes. Two or more venues can be linked for one night, and the full-block buyout closes the street between them.
- Is there a minimum spend?
- Each venue has its own minimum for a private night; it is quoted with the proposal and counts toward food and beverage.
- Can we bring our own DJ, band or production?
- Yes, within each venue's technical limits. The district's production team can also supply sound, lighting and staging for any room or for the street.
