Corporate event venues in Downtown Las Vegas
Sales kickoffs, client dinners, holiday parties, incentive trips and company milestones. East Fremont District puts 13 venues, from a 20-seat speakeasy to a 1,000-person nightclub with a rooftop, on one block that can be closed to traffic. Book the rooms you need under one contract, with one production team and one food and beverage tab.

Rooms that fit the group
A leadership dinner for 80 at Le Thai or Eureka. A team party for 200 at Park on Fremont's patios or Pink Monkey. A reception for 300 on Commonwealth's rooftop with the Laundry Room speakeasy for 20 as the VIP room inside it. A company-wide night for 1,000 across We All Scream's two levels and rooftop. Each room has its own kitchen or a neighbor's within a few doors, so dinner, drinks and the party can happen in different rooms without buses between them.
Capacities, square footage, stages, rooftops and kitchens for every venue are on the inventory page, and the district page shows how the rooms sit on the block.
Why one block beats one ballroom
A corporate group spends the evening moving: cocktails, dinner, the awards, the party. In a hotel that means one room reset three times. Here it means walking a hundred feet to the next venue while the last one is still open. The street between them can be branded, closed and programmed, so the whole block reads as your event.
Everything runs through one operator. Corner Bar owns and operates the venues, so the contract, the insurance, the security plan, the production schedule and the bar tabs are one set of documents, not thirteen.
Downtown, not the Strip
Fremont East is downtown Las Vegas's bar district, a few blocks from the Fremont Street Experience and 15 minutes from the Convention Center. Groups that have done the Strip get a part of the city most of them have never seen, with the Downtown Grand, Circa and the Golden Nugget within walking distance for room blocks.
Questions people ask
- What is the smallest corporate event you host?
- A private dinner for 20 in the Laundry Room, or 60 to 100 in one of the restaurants. There is no minimum beyond the room's own.
- Can we buy out a single venue for the night?
- Yes. Any of the 13 venues can be bought out on its own. Multi-venue nights and full street closures are the next two tiers; the activation packages page compares them.
- Do you handle catering and bar service?
- Yes. The venues have their own kitchens and bars, so food and drinks for every room run through one operator and one invoice.
- How far in advance should we book?
- Single venues can often be booked a few weeks out. Multi-venue nights and street closures need permits and are best booked two to three months ahead, longer during convention weeks.
