Convention after-parties in Downtown Las Vegas
When the show floor closes, your attendees need somewhere to go that is not another hotel ballroom. East Fremont District is a one-block entertainment district with 13 venues under one operator, a short ride from the Las Vegas Convention Center, the Venetian Expo and the Strip. Book one room, a run of venues, or the whole street.

Built for the Las Vegas show calendar
CES in January, MAGIC in February and August, NAB in April, SEMA and AAPEX in November, AWS re:Invent in December, with G2E, Money20/20 and IMEX in October. Every one of them brings companies that need an opening-night reception, a client dinner that turns into a party, or a closing-night blowout for a few thousand people. The district is set up for exactly that: multiple rooms within a two-minute walk of each other, so a 300-person VIP dinner and a 2,000-person party can run on the same night under one plan.
Transport is the usual after-party problem. Fremont East sits about 15 minutes from the Convention Center and 20 from the south Strip, with the Fremont Street parking garages and rideshare zones at the district's edge. We stage shuttle drop-offs at the street closure so a bus of attendees walks straight into the event.
What a convention night looks like here
A single-venue reception uses one of the rooms: Commonwealth's rooftop for 300, Discopussy's warehouse floor for 500, or We All Scream's two levels and rooftop for 1,000. A multi-venue night links three or four rooms with a branded street between them, so guests move between a dinner room, a bar and a dance floor without leaving the block. A full takeover closes the street, wraps the buildings in your brand and puts a stage in the middle of it.
Every format comes with the same operating team: production, security, access control, food and beverage across all venues on one tab, and the permits for the street. You get one point of contact and one contract.

Questions people ask
- How far is East Fremont District from the Las Vegas Convention Center?
- About 15 minutes by car or shuttle. The district is on East Fremont Street between Las Vegas Boulevard and 8th Street in downtown Las Vegas, with parking garages and rideshare zones at its edge.
- How many people can a convention after-party hold?
- From 100 in a single venue to 1,000 in We All Scream, several thousand across linked venues, and 15,000 or more with a full street closure.
- Can we book during CES, SEMA or NAB week?
- Yes. Those weeks book early, so send dates as soon as you have them. We hold venues for multi-day programs and can run a different format each night.
