National championship weekend parties in Las Vegas
Fans and guests arrive days before kickoff. That leaves a weekend of nights to fill: a client dinner on Saturday, a sponsor party on Sunday, a pregame gathering on Monday afternoon, and somewhere to celebrate after the final whistle. The district can host any or all of them, in different rooms, on one contract.
A dinner for 100 fits in Lucky Day or Park on Fremont. A rooftop reception for 300 goes to Commonwealth. Discopussy holds 500, and We All Scream takes 1,000 across two levels and a rooftop. Link several venues with a branded street between, and a few thousand fans move from bar to bar to dance floor without leaving the block.
Room for a whole fan base
With a full closure, East Fremont Street holds 15,000 or more. That is the size of a school's alumni party, a sponsor's fan fest or a watch party for everyone who came to town without a ticket. Your colors on the buildings, a stage in the middle of the street, and one team running production, security, food and drink.
We have run the street at that scale. Feed the Block drew 9,700 to 15,000 guests on each of its three headline nights in 2025.

The district sits on East Fremont Street in downtown Las Vegas, about 15 minutes from Allegiant Stadium and 20 from the south Strip. We stage shuttle drop-offs at the edge of the street closure, so a bus of guests walks straight into the party. Rideshare zones and the Fremont Street garages are a block away for everyone else.
Book before the matchup is set
The two teams will not be known until early January, and by then the best rooms in Las Vegas are gone. Hold your nights now, and we will build the program around whoever plays.
